Refund & cancellation policy
The short version
- Cancel anytime from your account. Your listings stay live until the end of the paid period.
- 7-day refund window for first activation.
- No partial refunds on monthly plans after day 7.
- Failed or duplicate payments are auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
1. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel from the 1MARK8 app under Account, Plan & billing, Cancel renewal, or by emailing billing@1mark8.com from your registered email.
2. Refund eligibility
If you cancel within 7 calendar days of first activation, you get a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle, less GST already paid.
After day 7, monthly plans are not refundable mid-cycle. Quarterly and annual plans are non-refundable after activation but keep access until the cycle ends.
Full refunds apply for qualifying service outages, technical activation failures, duplicate charges, or unauthorised verified charges.
3. How refunds are processed
- UPI and net banking: 3-5 business days.
- Credit or debit cards: 5-7 business days.
- Wallets: 1-3 business days.
4. What is not refundable
- Payments made directly between customers and providers.
- GST already remitted to the Government of India.
- Plans terminated for violation of Terms of service.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, raise a grievance to grievance@1mark8.com. We resolve disputes within 30 days.
